Therapeutic massage and physical therapy that get you moving again

Neck, back and shoulder pain do not have to be part of your routine. We combine hands-on therapeutic massage with guided physical therapy, so tension is released and the strength behind it is rebuilt.

Therapeutic massage that helps your body reset
Trusted careby our medical team
What it is

More than relaxation, real relief

Stress, posture and everyday routines build tension in your muscles, reduce circulation and drain your energy. A therapeutic massage goes beyond a moment of relaxation: it works on the areas where your body holds that tension.

Each session is adapted to you, whether you need relief in a specific area or overall relaxation, performed in a calm, professional setting at our Broward County center.

And massage is only half of the answer. Pain that keeps coming back usually means a muscle is doing a job it is not strong enough for, so our physical therapists pair the hands-on work with guided exercise that rebuilds strength, balance and mobility.

  • Release muscle tension. Targeted work on the neck, back and shoulders.
  • Better circulation. Helps oxygen and nutrients reach your muscles.
  • Less stress, better rest. Many patients sleep noticeably better.
  • Relief that lasts. Physical therapy rebuilds what the massage relaxed.

How it works together

One team, two tools

Massage and physical therapy are not two separate appointments here. The same team evaluates you, treats you and follows up, in the same building as your primary care doctor.

1. We evaluate first

Where the pain is, what set it off and what you want to get back to doing. No plan is written before that conversation.

2. Hands-on relief

Therapeutic massage releases the tight tissue and improves circulation, so the area calms down and moves more freely.

3. Guided exercise

Your therapist adds strength, balance and mobility work at your level, so the muscle can hold the position on its own.

4. A routine you keep

You leave with a short routine you can actually do at home, and we adjust it as you get stronger.

What our patients ask

Six different questions. The same answer.

Every week patients come in with a different diagnosis, and strength exercise ends up in almost every answer. Not because it cures anything, but because muscle does not only move you: it also helps regulate your metabolism. When you train it, your body uses glucose and fat more efficiently, and that shows up almost everywhere else.

“I have high cholesterol.”

Regular strength work is part of how the body improves its cholesterol profile, together with your diet and the plan your doctor sets.

“I have type 2 diabetes.”

Working muscle pulls glucose out of the blood, so training it helps your body keep blood sugar under better control.

“I have fatty liver.”

As your body gets better at burning fat for fuel, it tends to store less of it in the liver.

“I have high blood pressure.”

Better circulation and a stronger heart help support healthier blood pressure readings over time.

“I have sleep apnea.”

Patients who move and train regularly tend to rest more deeply and wake up with more energy.

“I have very little strength.”

Strength is what keeps you steady on your feet, out of the fall risk zone and living independently.

You do not need to be an athlete or spend hours in a gym. With a routine at your level, supervised by our therapists, most patients feel the difference within a few weeks.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How long is a session?
Most sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on what your body needs. We will recommend the right length during your first visit.
Does the massage hurt?
No. Therapeutic massage works with firm but comfortable pressure, always adjusted to you. Tell your therapist what feels right and they will adapt.
How often should I come?
It depends on your goals. Some patients come weekly while tension is high, then move to a monthly maintenance session. We will suggest a plan for you.
What is the difference between massage and physical therapy?
Massage works on the soft tissue to release tension and improve circulation, so the area hurts less and moves more freely. Physical therapy uses guided exercise to rebuild the strength, balance and mobility that keep the relief. Here both are handled by the same team, in the same building, and are often combined into one plan.
Do I need a referral for physical therapy?
In many cases we can evaluate you directly, and if a referral is needed our primary care team can handle it during the same visit. Call us and we will guide you.
